The Business & HR Executive manages people operations and booking support - two domains that both require the same core skill: staying calm when things are moving fast. This role suits someone with prior operations or customer-facing experience who can hold multiple responsibilities without losing attention to detail. It is not a purely administrative role - you will own real outcomes, handle live partner requests, and play an active part in how the company hires and supports its team.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage the HR administrative tasks and provide coordination support.
- Draft and post job listings on relevant platforms.
- Screen applications and coordinate interview scheduling via the company CRM
- Manage onboarding documentation & onboarding of new hires
- Periodically write blog related to HR topic
- Handle customer enquiries and support related to bookings, including booking modification or cancellation requests
- Engage smoothly with Softinn booking hotel merchants on booking modification, room price update, promotion, and allotment
- Handle office admin tasks. Contribute to general department reporting and documentation
- Handle office reception & communication with good and professional phone etiquette
- Be the first contact in the office
Job Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of working experience in HR admin, operations, customer service, or hospitality/travel
- Demonstrated ability to stay composed and effective under time pressure
- Comfortable handling external partner or customer communication professionally
- Prior exposure to HR administrative processes (leave, company policy enforcement, recruitment coordination)
- Organised and reliable - follows through on commitments without needing constant reminders
- People-oriented - you genuinely enjoy helping and communicating
- Adaptable - you adjust when priorities shift without needing time to recover
- Accountable - when something goes wrong, your first instinct is to fix it, not explain it
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with both customers and business partners / suppliers
- Proficient in computer skills, including but not limited to Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tool
Not Mandatory but BONUS if:
- Familiar with booking platforms, hospitality systems, or CRM tools is an added advantage
- Understanding of e-commerce
- Familiarity with any ATS, CRM, or HR management platform
- Knowledge in SaaS and interested in the travel tech industry

Salary Range:
RM 2,500 to RM 3,200
NOTE: Do state your expected salary if you have more than three years of working experience in related roles.
