We're selling to forward-looking hoteliers in South East Asia. Most of our customers are in Malaysia, and some are from the Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about Finance, accounting, business analysis, and company growth and have the potential to grow into a managerial role.
Job Responsibility:
- Handle a full set of accounts on time. Knowledge of SST & e_Invoicing is a plus point
- Accurately & effectively perform bookkeeping of accounts
- Prepare financial reports, and compile business reports for management
- Handle customer account renewal, invoicing & follow up
- Compile Softinn product knowledge base and user guides
- Conduct Softinn product training for existing customers (Online Training)
- Analyze existing customer account usage & monitor customer retention rate
- Monitor the performance of other departments, and facilitate them in achieving their target
- Be ready for any other office and business administrative tasks that are required
