Garis lengkung (*curve*) dalam peningkatan kes baharu COVID-19 berjaya diratakan dengan jumlah kes yang dirawat dan pulih yang juga tinggi menunjukkan usaha agresif barisan hadapan, terutamanya warga Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM), Angkatan Tentera Malaysia (ATM) dan Polis DiRaja Malaysia (PDRM) berjaya membendung penularan pandemik tersebut ke tahap yang lebih merbahaya. Mulai **4 Mei 2020**, Kerajaan Malaysia akan membuka **semula (restart) ekonomi negara** dengan membenarkan industri dan aktiviti perniagaan untuk beroperasi secara menyeluruh. Kebenaran ini tertakluk kepada persediaan dan langkah-langkah yang diambil oleh perniagaan untuk memastikan kepatuhan kepada **Garis Panduan (SOP)** yang telah ditetapkan di dalam dokumen ini. **SOP** yang disediakan adalah untuk **memastikan aspek kesihatan diutamaka**n dan terjamin dalam persekitaran di mana penularan wabak Covid-19 masih merupakan ancaman yang benar. SOP ini berhasrat untuk **mengurangkan risiko kesihatan** kepada orang awam dan di premis perniagaan, sekaligus **mengelakkan perkhidmatan kesihatan negara dibebani** sehingga tahap yang luar kawalan. SOP ini mengambil kira norma baharu dalam pengendalian perniagaan dan kehidupan harian. Pendekatan yang diambil kerajaan adalah pendekatan seluruh lapisan masyarakat, atau whole of society approach. Kaedah pendekatan ini adalah penting dalam memastikan pembukaan semula ekonomi negara ini dapat dilakukan dengan lancar, selamat dan berkesan. ![142267186\_l](https://page.mysoftinn.com/hs-fs/hubfs/142267186_l.jpg?width=4286&name=142267186_l.jpg) ## Norma baharu ini merangkumi perkara-perkara berikut, iaitu: • Mengamalkan langkah-langkah kesihatan: • **Penjarakan sosial** (social distancing) sekurang-kurangnya 1 meter, sebaik-baiknya 2 meter dalam semua keadaan • Memakai **face-mask**; digalakkan setiap masa, diwajibkan dalam keadaan tertentu • Menggalakkan **amalan kebersihan yang tinggi** • Kerap **mencuci tangan** dengan sabun atau **hand-sanitizer** • Menyediakan kemudahan ini untuk **pekerja dan pelanggan** • Memastikan pembersihan (sanitizing) premis dibuat pada kadar yang kerap dan konsisten, sekurang-kurangnya **2 kali sehari** • Mengamalkan amalan-amalan pencegahan jangkitan: • Memastikan terdapat **protokol pemantauan** penyakit dan pencegahan penularan jangkitan • Kesemua pekerja **diperiksa setiap hari** untuk mengenalpasti symptom Covid-19 termasuk pemeriksaan suhu badan • Di mana **penjarakan sosial** tidak boleh diamalkan, pekerja mesti menggunakan peralatan perlindungan diri (PPE) yang sesuai • **Melaporkan kepada Jabatan Kesihatan** sekiranya terdapat maklumat mengenai jangkitan Covid-19 • **Melatih pekerja** untuk memantau dan bertindak sekiranya terdapat kes yang disyaki timbul • **Mengelakkan** sebarang bentuk **perhimpunan**: • **Aktiviti sosial** melibatkan perhimpunan ramai seperti panggung wayang, stadium bola speak, dan kelab malam **tidak dibenarkan** • **Aktiviti sukan berpasukan** atau melibatkan sentuhan (contact) **tidak dibenarkan** • Majlis kenduri-kendara/ rumah terbuka/ aktiviti perayaan atau keagamaan tidak dibenarkan atau dihadkan dengan ketat   Individu berperanan untuk menjaga diri dan keluarga; Komuniti setempat bertanggungjawab **memastikan kesejahteraan dan keselamatan** di kalangan jiran-jiran; dan majikan bertanggunjawab memastikan pekerja dan operasi perniagaan mengamalkan tabiat kebersihan yang tinggi di samping mematuhi SOP.   --- With a mission to make hotelier work easier, [Softinn Solutions Sdn.
