Do you provide add on service?

Yes we do. Depending on what plan you wish to subscribe, you may add on the below (billed annually): 

  • Channel Manager Integration - upon request
  • PMS - from USD 61 / month (billed annually)
  • Hotel CMS Website - from USD 552 / year (billed annually)
  • Hotel Static Website - from USD 492 / year (billed annually)

You may also subscribe to monthly plan for the add-on. The price for add-on on monthly plan is as below:

What do I get if I subscribe for the plan? 

When you subscribe, you will get to enjoy below:

How will I be billed for my subscription? 

Softinn software and services are made available on a pay-as-you-go basis or pre-pay depending on your subscription types. You will be billed monthly or annually depending on your subscription preferences. 

You may opt to be charged via Credit Card/Debit Card or by other payment method. If you pay using other than Card method, an invoice will be sent to you requesting for payment.

For subscription renewal, an e-invoice will be sent to you via email and / or SMS no more than 7 days before each subsequent billing period. 

Will my subscription be renewed automatically? 

Yes. Your subscription will renew automatically** depending on your subscription types. 

Should you wish to terminate, you will need to notify us at least 15 days before the next billing period. 

**Auto-renewal is not be applicable to the subscription that is offered as free of Subscription Fee and subscription that is on trial.

What if I don't make payment on time?

While the reminder alerts are given to you for renewal of subscription, in the event you are not able to renew the subscription, the subscription will be suspended for 3 days before your subscription account is terminated. 

Can I downgrade or upgrade my plan?

Yes you can. You may upgrade or downgrade within a subscription plan or between two subscription plans. 

For any upgrading in plan part way through the month, you will be charged a prorated amount for the current billing month, and then the amended fee from the next billing period onwards.

Upon downgrade, the new Subscription Fee will be applied from next billing period.
