Make a direct booking through Softinn's Booking Engine to stand a chance to win a RM50 gift voucher!
The "Book Direct & Win" Lucky Draw ("Lucky Draw") is organised by Softinn Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (1029363-M) (collectively referred to as "Softinn") and shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions set out herein. By participating in this Lucky Draw, the Eligible Guests (as defined in Clause 2 below) hereby expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by Softinn in respect of the Lucky Draw will be final and binding.
1. Lucky Draw Campaign Period
1.1 This Campaign commences from 1st February 2026 (“Commencement Date”) and shall run on a monthly basis until further notice (“Lucky Draw Period”).
1.2 A Lucky Draw session will be conducted once every calendar month during the Lucky Draw Campaign Period, based on eligible bookings completed within the respective month.
"Completed" means you have stayed and checked-out from a hotel during a calendar month, after the campaign's commencement date.
1.3 Softinn reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Lucky Draw Campaign Period, including the commencement or expiry of any monthly draw, at any time.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Lucky Draw is open to all guests who have completed a confirmed hotel stay booked via Softinn's direct booking engine AND the booking payment collection is authorised to be collected by Softinn, during the applicable monthly period ("Eligible Guest").
2.2 Every unique reservation code starts with "RV", of which the reservation is already confirmed with payment, is eligible for one participation in the lucky draw session. The more you book, the higher the chances of being the lucky winner.
2.3 Eligible Guests must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of participation.
2.4 Eligible Guests will automatically be entered into the Lucky Draw upon completion of eligible stay. No registration, sign-up, or additional action is required.
2.5 The following persons are NOT eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw:
a) Any guest whose booking has been cancelled, refunded, disputed, or found to be in breach of Softinn’s terms or the participating hotel’s policies; and/or
b) Any individual who has committed, or is reasonably suspected of committing fraudulent, dishonest, or wrongful acts in relation to any booking, payment, or use of Softinn’s booking engine.
2.6 By participating in the Lucky Draw, each Eligible Guest represents and warrants that he or she does not fall within any of the ineligible categories stated above.
2.7 For the purposes of this Lucky Draw, the “Eligible Guest” shall refer strictly to the individual whose full name is entered in the guest details at the time of making the booking. Any accompanying persons, additional occupants, or third parties associated with the same booking shall not be considered Eligible Guests unless separately named in a distinct and eligible reservation made through Softinn's direct Booking Engine.
2.8 Bookings made on behalf of another person or bookings where the guest information is incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, or unverifiable may be deemed ineligible at Softinn’s discretion.
2.9 Foreign guests (non-Malaysians) are eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw, subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions. However, Softinn does not guarantee that prizes, vouchers, or rewards are redeemable, usable, or accessible outside Malaysia.
2.10 Foreign guests are eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw provided that their booking meets all the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions.
2.11 Softinn shall not be responsible for any failure to contact, notify, or deliver prizes to foreign Winners due to international communication restrictions, roaming limitations, spam filtering, regional email blocking, or inaccurate contact details.
2.12 Participation by foreign guests is subject to all applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions of their country of residence. Softinn shall not be responsible for determining a participant’s eligibility under foreign jurisdictions.
2.13 For the purposes of this Lucky Draw, an “Eligible Hotel” refers to any hotel or accommodation provider that:
a) is an active Softinn user
b) uses Softinn's direct Booking Engine; and
c) has at least one Eligible Guest winner arising from a completed booking during the applicable monthly period.
2.14 Hotels do not enter the Lucky Draw independently. A hotel shall only be considered eligible if it is directly associated with an Eligible Guest’s qualifying booking selected as a Guest Winner.
2.15 Each Eligible Hotel may qualify for a maximum of one (1) winning entry per monthly Lucky Draw, regardless of the number of Eligible Guests or eligible bookings associated with the hotel during that month.
2.16 The following hotels shall not be eligible to participate in or qualify for the Lucky Draw ("Ineligible Hotels"):
a) hotels that are inactive, suspended, terminated, or not using Softinn’s direct booking engine at the relevant time;
b) hotels associated with bookings that are cancelled, refunded, disputed, or in breach of Softinn’s terms or the hotel’s own policies; and/or
c) hotels reasonably suspected of fraudulent, manipulative, or wrongful conduct in relation to bookings, payments, or the Lucky Draw.
2.17 Hotels must ensure that their registered business and contact information with Softinn is accurate, complete, and up to date. Failure to do so may result in the hotel being deemed ineligible at Softinn’s discretion.
2.18 By participating in this Lucky Draw, each Eligible Hotel represents and warrants that it meets all eligibility requirements stated herein and does not fall within any ineligible category under this clause.
3. Lucky Draw Mechanics
3.1 Eligible Guests will automatically be entered into the Lucky Draw upon having a qualifying stay "completed" to stand a chance to win the prizes as set out in Clause 4.
3.2 Hotels will win automatically based on the guest winners' bookings; each hotel can win only once per monthly draw.
3.3 Guest Winners and Hotel Winners (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Winners") are drawn monthly, and prizes will be awarded to them.
3.4 Winners will be announced on Softinn's official sodia media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok on every 2nd Friday of the month.
3.5 Only bookings "completed" within the calendar month are eligible for that month's draw. Refer to Clause 1.2.
3.6 Softinn reserves the right to verify all bookings and entries and to disqualify any entries that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

4. Prizes
4.1 Each month, Softinn will award the following prizes:

4.2 The prize will be sent electronically to the registered email addresses of the Winners within 30 business days from the Lucky Draw.
4.3 Winners will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of booking. Notification emails will only be sent from booking@mysoftinn.com or may be sent from other official Softinn email addresses ending with @mysoftinn.com. Participants should not respond to or act on emails from any other domain claiming to be Softinn.
4.4 The draw will be conducted using a randomised system or tool determined by Softinn.
4.5 Winners must acknowledge and respond to the prize notification within five (5) days from the date of notification to claim their prize.
4.6 If a winner does not acknowledge, cannot be contacted or does not respond to the notification within the stipulated timeframe, Softinn reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
4.7 By claiming the prize, winners consent to Softinn using their name, hotel name and/or booking reference (if, or where applicable) for marketing, promotional, and announcement purposes across Softinn's platforms, including (but not limited to) Softinn's official website and social media accounts.
4.8 In the event a winner passes away after being notified, Softinn reserves the right to deal with the prize, including to re-draw any other winner.
4.9 Softinn will NEVER ask for any banking details such as credit/debit card number from the Winners to claim the prize. The Winners acknowledge and agree that Softinn reserves the rights to disqualify their participation in this Lucky Draw or clawback any prize from the Winners if:
a) the Winner is found or suspected of tampering with the Lucky Draw Mechanics
b) the Winner is found or suspected of undertaking fraudulent activities or other activities that are harmful to the Lucky Draw; or
c) the Winner is in breach of his or her obligations or any of the Terms and Conditions of this Lucky Draw.
Notwithstanding the above, Softinn reserves the right to reject any participation or the Winners at its reasonable discretion without assigning any reasons.
4.10 Softinn will NOT provide any replacement or substitute prizes if the Winner rejects the prizes sent and / or request for alternative option(s).
4.11 Prizes awarded to the Winners are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other kinds, whether in part or in full.
4.12 In the event that the Winner fails to comply with any Terms and Conditions of this Lucky Draw, Softinn reserves the right to forfeit the prize.
4.13 The prizes are provided by the relevant vendor(s) under such terms and conditions as determined by the vendor(s) and therefore, Softinn shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third party) in connection with the prize.
4.14 All risks, losses or damage associated with the redemption or use of the prize shall be assumed by the Winners.
4.15 The use and access of the prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the vendor, manufacturer, or supplier. The Winners shall refer to the vendor, manufacturer or supplier of the prize for any complaint relating to the prize.
4.16 Winners shall ensure that their email/phone number provided during the booking creation process is current and reachable for contacting purposes.
4.17 The notification and/or delivery of the prizes will be based on the Winners' phone number and email address that has previously been provided to Softinn.
4.18 Softinn shall not be responsible to the Winners for any loss (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss) suffered or for any failure to fulfil the delivery of the prizes in the event that the Winners’ phone number and/or email address in Softinn's records is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
4.19 Softinn shall have the right to forfeit the prizes if the Winners' contact details in Softinn's records are invalid.
4.20 Winners are encouraged to post an appropriate post/photo/comment on social media about the prize(s) won for publicity purposes.
4.21 Any request from the Winners to credit the prize to any other person, exchange the prize for cash or different reward of similar value is not allowed.
4.22 The personal information provided by Eligible Guests, including but not limited to name, email address, phone number, booking reference, and hotel details, will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Lucky Draw, verifying eligibility, contacting Winners, prize delivery, and related promotional announcements.
4.23 Where a prize is awarded to a Hotel Winner, the prize shall be issued to the hotel entity or the designated hotel representative (Person-In-Charge) as recorded in Softinn’s Extranet system at the time of the draw.
4.24 Hotel Winners are responsible for ensuring that their registered email address, contact person, and business details with Softinn are accurate, complete, and up to date. Softinn shall not be responsible for any failure to notify, deliver, or fulfil prizes due to incorrect, outdated, or inaccessible hotel contact information.
4.25 Softinn shall not be responsible for any internal distribution, allocation, sharing, or use of the prize within the Hotel Winner’s organisation, including but not limited to distribution among hotel staff, management, owners, or third parties.
4.26 Any dispute, disagreement, or issue arising internally within a Hotel Winner’s organisation in relation to the receipt, use, or allocation of the prize shall be resolved solely by the Hotel Winner, and Softinn shall not be involved or held liable in such matters.
4.27 Softinn reserves the right to request reasonable verification documents from the Winners for identity validation purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued identification document, before releasing or delivering any prize.
4.28 Softinn shall not be responsible if a Winner is unable to receive, access, redeem, or utilise the prize due to restrictions imposed by the prize platform, vendor, service provider, country of residence, app availability, account requirements, internet access limitations, or regional restrictions.
4.29 Softinn shall not be liable where a prize requires access to a third-party platform, application, website, or service that is unavailable, restricted, unsupported, or inaccessible to the Winner due to geographical location or regulatory limitations.
4.30 Prizes awarded under this Lucky Draw shall not, under any circumstances, be convertible to cash, refunded, substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for monetary value, whether in part or in full.
4.31 Any costs, fees, taxes, duties, or charges incurred in relation to the redemption or use of the prize, including but not limited to foreign exchange fees, platform fees, or access charges, shall be borne solely by the Winner.
4.32 Where a prize is issued in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or is Malaysia-based, any currency conversion, foreign transaction fees, or related charges shall be borne solely by the Winner.
4.33 In the event that a foreign Winner is unable to redeem or use the prize due to country-specific restrictions, such inability shall not constitute grounds for prize substitution, cash conversion, replacement, or compensation.
4.34 Prizes may be issued, fulfilled, redeemed, or accessed through third-party platforms, vendors, applications, or service providers determined by Softinn from time to time. The type, format, and platform of the prize may vary depending on availability and vendor arrangements.
4.35 Softinn does not operate, manage, or control any third-party platforms or vendors providing the prizes and shall not be responsible for any changes, suspension, technical issues, account requirements, regional limitations, or service interruptions imposed by such third parties.
4.36 Where a prize is subject to the terms, conditions, policies, or usage restrictions of a third-party platform or vendor, the Winners agree to comply with such terms and acknowledge that Softinn shall not be liable for any loss, dispute, or inability to redeem the prize arising from the third party’s requirements.
5. General Terms and Conditions
5.1 Softinn reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend, or terminate the Lucky Draw, in whole or in part, at any time and reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions contained herein.
5.2 By participating in the Lucky Draw, Eligible Guests agree that it is their responsibility to stay informed of the Terms and Conditions, which may be accessed on Softinn’s official website or other communication channels determined appropriate by Softinn.
5.3 Softinn shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations under the Lucky Draw due to force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of God, civil commotion, acts of war, strike, riot, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, epidemic, pandemic, or any other events beyond the reasonable control of Softinn.
5.4 Softinn reserves the right to disqualify or reject any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or who is found or suspected of tampering with the Lucky Draw process, engaging in fraudulent activity, or acting dishonestly or deceptively in connection with the Lucky Draw.
5.5 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
5.6 Softinn makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the availability, usability, suitability, or performance of the prize on any third-party platform, application, or service.
5.7 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Softinn shall not be liable for any inability, delay, failure, or inconvenience experienced by the Winner in accessing or using the prize due to circumstances beyond Softinn’s control.
5.8 In the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy, or ambiguity between different language versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
5.9 Softinn’s decision on all matters relating to the Lucky Draw, including but not limited to eligibility, verification, selection of Winners, and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained.
