We're selling to forward-looking hoteliers in South East Asia. Most of our customers are in Malaysia, and some are from the Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand.
We don't see marketing and sales as a job to force a purchase BUT rather we see marketing and sales as a job to help customers in discovering the best options (might not be our products) and to help facilitate a purchase.
Working at Softinn as Digital Marketing Assistant allows you to work on B2B front. You will need to implement acquisition funnels for B2B (getting more qualified hotel leads for the sales team).
Job Responsibility:
- Assist Marketing team lead to implement strategies in order to generate sales lead and drive brand awareness
- Working with Marketing and Sales Team to run digital marketing campaigns (e.g Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Content Marketing etc)
- To manage the budget and performance of digital marketing campaigns
- To create content that generate qualify leads for sales department
- To maintain and keep customer database up-to-date
Job Requirements:
- Basic copywriting skills
- Understand how SEO and content marketing work
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- People-serving attitude
- Fast and independent learner (even though coaching will be provided)
Not Mandatory but BONUS if:
- Familiar with Social Media advertising (B2B lead generation)
- Familiar with HubSpot
- Familiar with design tools (e.g. Canva and Toonly)
- Familiar with graphic design tool (e.g. GIMP, Inkscape)
- Sales experience
- Graphic design

Salary Range:
RM 1,400 to RM 2,000 + Result-based Commission
