We're selling to forward-looking hoteliers in South East Asia. Most of our customers are in Malaysia, and some are from the Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about business management, business analysis, and customer growth and have the potential to grow into a managerial role.
Job Responsibility:
- Accurately & effectively perform bookkeeping of accounts
- Handle a full set of accounts in an orderly manner. Knowledge of SST is a plus point
- Prepare management and business reporting
- Handle customer account renewal, invoicing & follow up
- Develop deep knowledge about Softinn software (training will be given)
- Involve in new product or feature user acceptance testing
- Compile Softinn product knowledge base and user guides
- Conduct Softinn product training for existing customers (Online Training)
- Analyze existing customer account usage & monitor customer retention rate
- Be the first contact person in the office
- Monitor the performance of other departments, and help them to achieve their target
- Be ready for any other office and business administrative tasks that are required
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the customer-facing role or in any of the related field
- Possess fundamental finance & accounting knowledge
- Excellent listening & writing skills, critical thinker with attention to details
- Meticulous, organized, and good at time management
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty
- Excellent in execution & presentation
- Proficient in IT and Computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously
- Able to think critically and develop creative solutions to problems as they arise
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (plus point)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Not Mandatory but BONUS if:
- Familiar with the WAVE accounting system
- Familiar with Excel PowerQuery
- Familiar with video editing software
- Understanding of e-commerce
- Knowledge and interest in the travel tech industry

Salary Range:
RM 2,500 to RM 3,200
