About Marketing Team
The marketing team is passionate about digital marketing and inbound marketing. We work on both B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
For B2B, we focus on generating sales leads for the sales team.
For B2C, we focus on generating bookings for our hotel merchants.
Job Overview
Working at Softinn as a Digital Marketing and Customer Engagement Executive (B2C) means you will work on B2C marketing. You implement marketing campaigns to get more bookings for the hotel merchants and handle booking inquiries via phone (e.g., booking modifications, booking cancellations, etc.).
Job Responsibility:
- Increase hotel merchant bookings and drive brand (LetsGoHoliday.my) awareness.
- Collaborate with hotel merchants to create attractive promotions and discounts.
- Create engaging content to showcase travel destinations and hotel offerings across social media and other platforms.
- Distribute hotel promotions through our platform and marketing channels to maximize reach.
- Run and analyze advertisement campaigns to generate bookings.
- Handle booking inquiries professionally via phone to assist with booking modifications.
Job Requirements:
- Has experience in marketing and customer service.
- Passionate about B2C digital marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling guest inquiries and hotel collaboration.
- Has copywriting skills to create engaging social media posts and blog posts.
- Proficient in Canva for marketing material creation.
Not Mandatory but BONUS if:
- Experience in the hotel industry is a plus
- Graphic design
- Familiar with Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Familiar with Google Analytics

Salary Range:
RM 2,350 to RM 3,000 (with performance incentives and commission)
NOTE: Do state your expected salary if you have more than three years of working experience in related roles.
