We’re selling to forward-looking hoteliers in South East Asia. Most of our customers are in Malaysia, and some are from the Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand.

 

About Marketing Team

The marketing team is passionate about digital marketing and inbound marketing. We work on both B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.

For B2B, we focus on generating sales leads for the sales team.

For B2C, we focus on generating bookings for our hotel merchants.

 

Job Overview

Working at Softinn as a Digital Marketing Executive (B2B) means you will work on B2B lead generation. You implement acquisition funnels to get more qualified hotel leads for the sales team.

 

Job Responsibility:

  1. Generate sales leads and drive brand awareness.
  2. Create compelling video content, case studies, and resources tailored for hotel owners and hoteliers.
  3. Create content to drive awareness. The content includes product demos, trending quirky videos, case studies, resources, articles, explainer videos, and thought leadership content.
  4. Distribute content on social media, blogs, and websites.
  5. Run and analyze advertisement campaigns to generate leads.
  6. Run and analyze email campaigns to generate leads.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Passionate about B2B digital marketing.
  2. Has experience in producing creative and strong storytelling content.
  3. Has video production skills and is familiar with Canva, Filmora, and Capcut.
  4. Has copywriting skills to create engaging blog content and compelling video scripts.
  5. Host and moderate interviews with the guests in the video production.
  6. Passionate about hotel technology (software, system, and hotel industry).

 

Not Mandatory but BONUS if:

  1. Experience in the hotel industry is a plus
  2. Public speaking experience
  3. Graphic design
  4. Familiar with HubSpot
  5. Familiar with Google Analytics

  1. Melaka branch

Salary Range:

RM 2,350 to RM 3,200 (with performance incentive and commission)

NOTE: Do state your expected salary if you have more than three years of working experience in related roles.
