Softinn is a hotel technology company.

Our mission is to make hotelier’s work easier. We intend to achieve that through next-generation hotel management software and hotel kiosks. Here's a one-minute video about our products.

We’re selling to forward-looking hoteliers in South East Asia. Most of our customers are in Malaysia, some from the Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand.

About Product Team

The product team has less than ten members (We're hiring). We're passionate about programming and building solutions for hotels. We focus on building the products from Monday to Thursday. On Friday, we will learn and make improvements.

Hoteliers use our products to run their businesses and operations. On average, 200 users interact with our products per minute. Trust me when I say that they're demanding. That's why we're hiring to grow our team.

We develop on the .NET stack and Angular. As a product company, we focus on implementation to ensure usability, scalability and reliability. To serve the growing demand for our solution, we’re upgrading our solution to follow the Clean Architecture framework.

Job Overview

As a full-stack software engineer, you will implement the solution (both front-end and back-end) based on Clean Architecture. You will collaborate with the UI designers and product owners. 

As you progress through your career, you may be promoted to a more specialised role (e.g. lead, product specialist, team lead or product manager).

Job Responsibility:

1. Hustle with a lean team of product developers and designers to solve technical / business problems (e.g. analytics, user experience).
2. Primarily responsible for the software development process.
3. Design, develop, deploy and maintain web applications, including performance optimisations.
4. Handle or be involved in API integration projects.
5. Create sub-modules that can support our core systems.
6. Commitment and a strong sense of responsibility to assigned projects.
7. Maintain and update business logic.
8. Help manage/maintain documentation, processes, workflows, and checklists, as needed.
   
   

Job Requirements:

1. Full-stack (both front-end and backend) programming capabilities.
2. Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
3. Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferable.
4. Application knowledge and experience with these programming languages: C#, ASP.NET, TypeScript, CSS/ HTML and MSSQL.
5. Strong knowledge in common software architectures such as MVC and MVVM.
6. Perform code reviews.
7. Familiar with open-source libraries such as Angular, Bootstrap, and Typescript.
8. Familiar with development tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio and Git.
9. Understand the concept of cloud solutions.
10. Independent, hardworking and possess the right initiatives.
11. Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with team members.
