Softinn provides e-commerce solutions and frontdesk software to hotel.

We don't see marketing and sales as a job to force a purchase BUT rather we see marketing and sales as a job to help customers in discovering the best options (might not be our products) and to help facilitate a purchase.

Working at Softinn as Sales Executive allows you to work on B2B front. You would need to be able to convert qualified hotel leads to close won. 

 

Job Responsibility:

  1. Develop and grow Softinn's business on the front line
  2. Handle sales, product and services inquiries promptly and professionally
  3. Take inbound calls from & make outbound calls to potential customers
  4. Engage with customers to understand their needs and make relevant recommendations
  5. Achieve monthly sales targets
  6. Establish and build good hotel relationships
  7. Remain updated with hospitality & tourism trends

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year working experience in marketing & sales department with basic understanding of  B2B sales
  2. Computer literates
  3. Willing to travel and own a transportation (Travelling allowance provided)
  4. Immaculate telephone manners and communication skills
  5. Understand about the hotel & OTA industry well
  6. Able to apply intelligent sales pitch
  7. Passionate, self-disciplined, and entrepreneurial spirit driven person
  8. Be a Team player with a Professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic
  9. Excellent command of spoken & written English & Bahasa Melayu. Knowing Mandarin is a plus point

 

Not Mandatory but BONUS if:

  1. Familiar with HubSpot
  2. Familiar with SaaS (Software as a service) business
  3. Understand e-commerce
  4. Understand inbound sales

  1. Melaka branch
  2. Work Remotely

Salary Range:

RM 2,000 to RM 5,000
