Do you offer a Free Trial?

Yes. We offer 14 days free trial. No credit card required.

Are there hidden costs?

No. You only pay for the plan you subscribe to. Promise.

Are there additional costs per user?

No. You can add as many users to the system, each with different roles and access.

How will I be billed for my subscription?

You can pay monthly or yearly as per your preference.

Which different payment options do you offer?

We accept various payment options like online credit card payment, bank transfer, cheque, Stripe, Paypal, and etc.

Will my subscription be renewed automatically?

Yes. As a reminder, we will send you an email reminder with an e-invoice no more than 7 days before each subsequent billing period.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime I want?

Yes. Log in to your account and cancel your plan anytime before the next billing period. The subscription fee that has been paid is not refundable. Your account will stay active until the expiry of your subscription.

Can I downgrade or upgrade my plan?

Yes. You may upgrade or downgrade within a subscription plan. For any upgrading in plan part way through the period, you will be charged a prorated amount for the current billing month, and then the amended fee from the next billing period onwards. For downgrades part way through the period, the subscription fee that has been paid will not be refundable. Upon downgrade, the new subscription fee will be applied only from the next billing period.

What options are available for training after I purchase?
  • Onboarding Training: A dedicated system trainer is available to help you with account setup, provide in-depth training of the system, to answer any queries you may have of the system.

  • Video Training: We provide updated youtube video training guides of the system on our Youtube channel available for you to watch at your convenient time.
In which currency can I pay?

Malaysian property, you are paying in MYR. Non-Malaysian property, you are paying in your preferred currency. Therefore, the charge amount depends on the exchange rate of your selected currency to MYR. The payment page shows the exchange rate before you confirm the transaction.
